Research methodology of affected area by instability phenomena or with high instability risk must to obligatory include one geophysical study. From all geophysical methods, resistivity method in vertical electrical sounding variant provide us the most detail indirect information about the landslide contour in depth and in surface, generation mechanism, risk estimated and time and space evolution. Resistivity method based on interaction between electrical property electrical resistivity ρ)and geotechnical parameters of the land or of the underground water infiltration on the resistivity contrast between different rocks and formations who participate to geological constitution of one area. Electrical resistivity ρ difference the best rocks and minerals according as composition, structure, texture, level of consolidation, saturation degree with water. In some terrains affected by landslides, phenomena how appear in sedimentary rocks, on the slopes, is recording significant geoelectrical effects in disjointed rocks volume and in pre-existent relief. On the limit between bedrock and package rocks displacement (slide surface) appear contrasts of physical property because of intern frictions and cohesion phenomena. In the most of cases, on the geoelectrical resistivity section concordant of one landslide appear some characteristic electrical horizons. Under one superficial resistent horizon or a conducting one represent by dry soil or saturated with meteoric water soil, the slidding mass appears, consisting of one sandy-clay layer – with medium resistivity. Bellow appears the impermeable formation, preponderant argillaceous, conductor, which favors the slide. At the inferior part of the section is the bedrock, compact therefore resistive on witch the superior formation moves/slides.
