Renewable Energy Sources
In the direction of studies Renewable Energy Studies (RES) you have the opportunity to become familiarized with concepts specific to materials and technologies with applications in the domain of renewable energies and to become engaged in a top research activity in the Faculty of Physics, in the Center CTT-3NanoSAE.

In particular, in this direction of studies you could pursue research activities in several areas, such as:
  • liquid crystal physics, physics of polymers and nanoparticles, nanotechnologies for synthesizing and characterizing these materials, organic laser systems (prof.dr. Valentin BARNA);
  • combustion cells, batteries, supercapacitors, methods of trapping of CO2, hydrogen storage, chemical and biological sensors (prof.dr. Ioan STAMATIN);
